I have been wanting to write a book about chocolate and superfoods for 10 years, it only took a lockdown to do it!! So I dusted off a rough draft from my hard drive and went at it! 
It was actually a medical doctor in England 🇬🇧that got me onto superfoods, as she was concerned about the side effects of prescriptions, and wanted me to try an alternative route to my healing first. She completely changed my life! 
And Lover was born out of that journey and these very superfoods.

I was asked so here it is... 😍 This is a really easy gluten free low glycemic vegan chocolate cake to whip up! No machinery required!
👏
DRY INGREDIENTS
11/2 cups buckwheat or oat flour (air the flour before you measure)
1 cup coconut sugar (pop in blender to make it a fine powder)
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp fine sea salt / pink salt
🥥
WET INGREDIENTS
1 cup good quality warm water (activates the chocolate taste)
8 tbsp mild olive oil / vegetable oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Hand blend the dry and wet ingredients together, place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until ready. Flip out of tray, allow to cool and add frosting!

FROSTING
3 tbsp vegan butter
1 cup monk fruit powder sugar
Dash almond milk (room temp)
1 tbsp raw cacao or 5 Lover chocolate hearts
1/2 tsp vanilla

Hand whip! Add, and decorate or just eat!

Lick all the bowls before washing ....

I made a quick 2 minute video this week about the green leaf stevia we have in our formula. 

Every single ingredient we use is medicinal in some way, and we choose the highest quality ingredients available. A lot of stevia on the market is processed, but the green leaf stevia we use, in its natural state, is a herb.  Of course as with everything, it's all in the way that you use it! These videos are really about my love affair with nature. My awe at the vast beauty of simplicity. 

I grew up in cities, mountains, the outback, lakes, forests and oceans in both Australia and Austria, and I believe it's everyones birth right to bask in the beauty our planet has to offer. I can't imagine a world where our children nor the wild life who call it their home, are unable to do so. Our planet is worth taking care of, wouldn't you agree?

Whether it's our chocolate, or other products we create under Lover Organic Chocolate, we always do our best to find ways to contribute in a positive way.

That's why I decided to personally design these certified organic recyclable Lover T-shirts and Tote Bags. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Hi Lovers!

Welcome to our new website!! 

We have changed Lover Raw Chocolate to Lover Organic Chocolate!

It's exactly the same pure and premium fairtrade superfood ingredients. We have been working very hard behind the scenes to bring an even better chocolate experience to you! I've been test batching maany (!) different beans, and doing blindfolded taster sessions, because it's an ever evolving thing, and every single ingredient affects the final bite you experience!

It's been quite a process relaunching Lover with a new production team, but once we are producing everything will flow on a whole new level. So thank you for your patience. We are so close to having our chocolate available to you again!

In the meantime, I have some crazy good news!

I personally designed a 100% organic eco product range of Lover T-Shirts, tote bags, magic mugs and stickers! Yes really! I will share all about these hot new items, that are in our newly launched Lover Organic Shop in my next blog.
